Artisan Gelato and industrially made Gelato are worlds apart. True artisan Gelato like ours must be made completely from scratch by a skilled artisan. The ingredients used must be authentic and of excellent quality, no powder flavourings, colourants or emulsifiers are used.

Locally roasted beans from Milton, with a Chocolate, Honey and Biscuit tasting notes. Ground freshly for you and your guests by our skilled barista will mean fabulous coffee at your event.

Does your event need coffees and Ice Cream in the day and a bar once the party starts? Dolce Velo can provide a cocktail bar service with Bottled beer and Wine for your guests.

We love to help make peoples events outstanding. We are happy to work with you to offer items at your request. These can include home made Filipino treats as seen at select market events, cakes, pick and mix. Please ask and we will try to accommodate.

For weddings we can also offer to decorate the cart with some specially selected decor.
